2, the installation of the door lock

开Draw a hole: Line the front, back and side of the door according to the hole pattern provided by the factory. (See the specific drawings for the specific hole drawing)
正面Draw the front opening line of the door: Determine the installation height of the door lock. The height of the handle position is 90CM from the bottom of the door. (The old door is modified, then the door is still the same.)
Open the back line of the door: Draw a line on the back of the door in the same way as above.
开Draw the side opening line of the door: first draw the center of the side of the door, press the opening line on the side of the door for punching.
开Draw the opening line of the door frame: After installing the lock core, open the opening line of the door frame according to the corresponding position of the lock core (according to the opening hole drawing)
The opening of the door frame must pay attention to the height of the corresponding lock cylinder

3, open the door

1). Open the front and back holes according to the drawn hole.
Note: When opening the hole, prevent the wood fiber from being burred (it is best to cut the fiber along the opening line with a cutter) to prevent the opening from being too large.
2). Open the side hole by drawing the opening line.
Note: The side door lock is one of the most critical aspects of opening. Be careful to open the hole to prevent the fiber from flashing and prevent the opening from being too large and rough.
After opening the hole, check it with the lock cylinder. If it is not suitable, correct it accordingly.
3). Open the door frame door according to the drawn hole line.
Note: The hole size of the door frame is required to be high, to prevent the virtual position, and the door lock is shaken. (See the hole punching map for details)

4, door lock

After opening the package, first check whether the door lock parts are complete, whether the direction is the same as the room, and use the battery to test whether the computer lock core and the circuit board are working properly, and then start to install the door lock:
1). Install the lock cylinder: Install the lock cylinder into the door panel, and the connector head penetrates into the inner panel. All the fixing holes meet the requirements.
2). Install the mechanical lock: Install the mechanical lock into the lock cylinder and fix it with screws to check if the mechanical key can open the door.
3). Install the front lock body: adjust the four-corner sleeve of the lock cylinder to the correct position (the square hole and the spring are marked on the inner hole of the four-corner sleeve), and insert the front lock body into the door panel.
Note: The circuit board cannot be hard-mounted, the circuit board is damaged and the patch cord is broken.
4). After the lock body is installed: the same as the front lock body, after the lock body is installed, the upper set screw.
Note: Before and after installation, the lock body should be parallel to the door, and the left and right distances should not be adjusted to make the handle and the horizontal direction of the lock cylinder consistent. Adjust the up and down distance to keep the handle in line with the vertical direction of the lock cylinder.
5). Install the battery box: Install the battery and the battery box in the corresponding position; connect the wire plug and try to open it with the opening card.
6). Mounting side fixing plate: According to the installed lock core, the door frame hole is installed, and the plastic box and the side fixing plate are installed. Note: Adjustment of position.
7). Debugging and opening the door, preliminary configuration of the door lock: with the opening of the card can open the door lock (various types of opening the door card) mechanical key can open the door.

2. The most common problems after the door lock is installed:
A, the combination of the door lock oblique tongue can not be fully extended, the solution is:
(1) Adjust the lock lever (upper, lower, left, and right), and the oblique tongue and the square tongue are facing each other, so that the oblique tongue can smoothly expand and contract.
(2) Look at whether the side trim panel is not installed properly, and when the oblique tongue is pushed against the door opening (3), the movable part of the combined oblique tongue is not too narrow on both sides of the lock core slot, and the combined oblique tongue is stuck;
Solution: The lock cylinder of the lock cylinder groove should be widened in the movable part of the tongue.
B. According to the handle door lock, the door can be opened inside and outside. Reason: Some door locks have a channel function due to the lock core. No processing is required for the time being, and normal state can be restored after debugging.

3. After the door lock is installed, if you need to temporarily use the card to open the door. operating:
A. Install 4 AA high-performance batteries on the 5th.
B. Hold the “school time card” pre-configured by the company and insert it into the door lock (or rely on it). The green indicator light is on and “click”.
C. The company can open the door with the “engineering card” pre-configured by the company.

4. After the door lock is installed and the hotel is officially put into use, it must re-send the new “time card” from the door lock software to all the door locks (or rely on) the green indicator light, and “click” after the door lock Time is the current correct time.
